Wood Wheel Update
I spoke with Noah at Stutzman's Wheel Shop. He estimates the cost of restoring the wheels to be ~$327 USD each plus about $200 shipping to Montana. I will disassemble the wheels, sandblast and prime the rims and hubs and include the small hardware pieces along with a couple of spokes. He estimates 2-3 week plus shipping time.
